What to include. Your Confluence site address, the page where the problem appears, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps more than anything else. There is no ticket portal to sign up for — a plain email reaches a person.

Email the address above with what you expected, what happened, the page address, and a screenshot if you have one. You will get a reply from a person, not an autoresponder.
Requesting a feature
Same address. Requests are read and genuinely considered — the orphan-page report in Incoming Links exists because someone asked a question the app could already answer.
Security
To report a suspected vulnerability, email the support address with SECURITY in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly.
