Veridian NextGen

Terms of use

Incoming Links for Confluence · last updated 7 September 2026

1. Agreement

By installing or using Incoming Links for Confluence (the app) you agree to these terms. The app is published by Sabitarani Pradhan, trading as Veridian NextGen (the publisher), and distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian's own Marketplace Terms of Use also apply.

2. What the app does

The app lists pages that contain links to a given Confluence page, based on an index it builds from page contents, and reports pages that nothing links to.

3. Accuracy — please read this one

The app reports links as recorded in its index. The index is built when pages are saved, and when you run a space index.

The results are an aid, not a guarantee. In particular:

An empty result means "nothing found in the index", not "nothing links here". Do not treat this app as the sole basis for deleting content. Apply your own judgement before removing or moving pages.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or accurate.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, content, profits or business, arising from use of the app — including any loss resulting from content deleted, moved or altered in reliance on its output.

Total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your Confluence content, for who you grant access to, and for decisions you make using the app's output.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at support@veridiannextgen.com. Normal requests are answered within five working days; issues Atlassian classifies as critical within 24 hours.

8. Fees and cancellation

Billing is handled entirely by Atlassian. Pricing is shown on the Marketplace listing. Cancellation and refunds follow Atlassian Marketplace policy.

9. Termination

The publisher may terminate these terms if you breach them. On termination or uninstall, stored data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your own country.
